We are looking for a Junior designer.

The role:

We are looking for a creative person, who has a passion for technology, branding and has an eye for details. 

The ideal candidate is a genuinely curious person who is willing to learn, who will help us to take the Joan visual identity to the next level, and who is willing to invest a minimum of 3 years with us.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing creatives for Performance and Content Marketing (design of static and animated ads and banners, landing pages, creatives for our websites, blogs, and social media, brochures, flyers, leaflets, creatives for videos and presentations, etc.
• Design of other materials upon the Art Director’s or Marketing department’s request-
• Care for consistent use of our brand guidelines.
• Identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing new ideas.
• Collaborating with the Art Director on current and future projects.
• Ensuring the internal design files are organized and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or design-related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience as an in-house or freelance designer.
• Proficient in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• After Effects or 3D design software skills are nice to have.
• Experience with Figma is a big plus.
• Great attention to detail and being able to produce pixel-perfect designs.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to act proactively and to work autonomously.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Passion and dedication.
